When fitting the jumper to the individual, the unbuttoned cuff's edge shall reach the knuckles at the base of the fingers with hands hanging naturally at sides. Plus they got rid of the khaki belt so you can still have you your ship or warfare belt buckles and wont look like a leatherneck. Granted the uniforms we have now suck, but come on lets be real, the new ones are jsut plane ugly. The uniform wore well and was comfortable. Undress Blues: Similar to Dress Blues, but with a lighter weight blouse without white piping on the collar or cuffs. They are expensive to get dry cleaned, they rip easily, not to mention that they don't clean well, paint gets on them and makes them unwearable, after about 20 wearings the pants are so faded they are no longer wearable and the shirts turn a lovely shade of grey.
